Hybrid Python Developer
Overview
In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Python-based applications while upholding security and best practices. You will lead complex feature work and collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. You will mentor juniors, review code, and drive process improvements to boost reliability and performance. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and systems that are scalable and secureLead development of complex features and modules following architectural standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality softwareMentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and improve development processesOptimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and stabilityContribute to architectural decisions and select technology stacks, staying updated with trendsManage databases, integrate with third-party APIs, and ensure data integrity and securityHands-on work with Python test framework (pytest)Build APIs/Microservices using PythonIntegrate GraphQL, Kafka, and other messaging systemsImplement WebSocket endpoints for realtime bidirectional client-server communication
