The Head of Innovation will lead the development and execution of cross-border innovation strategies, oversee research and development initiatives, and drive global growth for emerging tech companies. Additional responsibilities include managing and guiding a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation, and coordinating with international stakeholders to align objectives and deliver results.QualificationsDemonstrated 5+years expertise in Innovation Strategies and Management.Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and draw actionable insights.Leadership skills in Team Management and Team Leadership, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.Broad understanding of global tech ecosystems and the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills to align teams and stakeholders towards achieving goals.Proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from ideation to implementation.Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in Innovation, Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
