Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) based in New Bern, NC. The Certified Nursing Aide will provide high-quality, compassionate patient care, including assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Additional responsibilities include ensuring patient comfort, maintaining a clean and safe environment, monitoring vital signs, and following care plans under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA will play a key role in fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for patients and families. Qualifications Proficient in patient care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility supportStrong skills in monitoring and recording vital signs and implementing care plansEffective communication and interpersonal skills for fostering patient and family relationshipsAbility to maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environmentActive Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification, recognized in the state of North CarolinaCompassionate, detail-oriented, and flexible in responding to patient needsPrevious experience in skilled nursing, hospice, or a similar healthcare environment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent is required
