Whether you're starting out or leveling up, Academy is a place where fun can’t lose!EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field requiredMaster’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferredPMP, PgMP, or SAFe/Scrum certifications preferredWork Experiences10+ years of progressive experience in project, program, and portfolio management, with increasing levels of responsibility7+ years leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs with significant business impact and executive visibilityDemonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios across diverse business domains such as IT, Supply Chain, Store Operations, HR, and MerchandisingProven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and C-level stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic business goalsExperience in portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and resource optimization across competing enterprise initiativesStrong background in business case development, benefits realization, and value trackingExperience leading governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting processesFamiliarity with enterprise change management and organizational readiness practicesExperience managing external vendors, consulting partners, and third-party delivery teamsExposure to global or multi-regional programs and distributed delivery models is a strong plusRetail industry experience is strongly preferred, with an understanding of store systems, omnichannel operations, and supply chain technologiesSkillsPortfolio Management, Program Governance, Resource PlanningBudgeting, Forecasting, and Financial OversightRisk Management and Issue ResolutionStakeholder Engagement and Executive CommunicationAnalytical Thinking and Problem SolvingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, Jira)ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide programs and projects aligned with strategic retail initiativesOversee a portfolio of cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, budgets, and quality standardsEstablish and maintain effective governance structures, including steering committees, executive dashboards, and reporting mechanismsCollaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Drive portfolio prioritization and resource allocation decisions to optimize business value and strategic impactIdentify and mitigate risks across programs, ensuring proactive issue resolution and escalation managementFacilitate strategic planning sessions and contribute to long-term roadmap development for enterprise initiativesEnsure consistent application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the portfolioManage vendor relationships and third-party delivery teams to ensure contractual compliance and performanceChampion change management and organizational readiness efforts to support successful program adoptionMonitor and report on benefits realization and value delivery across the portfolioMentor and coach program managers and project leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellenceSupport enterprise budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights into program financial and resource needsPromote transparency and stakeholder engagement through clear, concise, and timely communicationPhysical Requirements & AttendanceAcceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job dutiesAdhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behaviorRegular office attendance is required.Equal Employment OpportunityAcademy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate with regard to employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by law.
