In this role, you will develop and expand client relationships, open new lines of business, and work closely with hiring leaders to provide high-quality, timely staffing solutions.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and secure projects and staffing needs  from targeted clientsBuild and maintain a portfolio of qualified accountProspect and engage new contacts to elevate Joule’s visibility Ensure consistent growth and client retentionMaintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and anticipate upcoming demandDeliver electronic, virtual, and phone presentations tailored to client needsDevelop creative outreach and marketing strategies Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure strong delivery and client satisfactionQualifications • Bachelor’s Degree• 2+years of successful sales experience in a solutions-driven environment • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business • Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple clients, maintain a strong pipeline, and consistently meet goalsWhat You Will Receive • Industry-leading training, coaching, and leadership support System One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
