The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets from multiple systems to find opportunities for process and slotting optimization. They must have experience using a variety of data analysis methods and digital transformation tools. They must have a proven ability to drive cost avoidance initiatives. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and overall digital transformation. This is a hybrid position.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConfigure Rebus Analytics and LMS to meet business processes.Partner with internal and external consultants and LMS Manager on configuration changes, including requirement specifications, testing, implementation, and communication.Provide level 1 support to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve Analytics and LM issues where possible.Document Analytics and LM issues clearly, including steps to recreate the issue when escalation is required.Assist in training new hires on Analytics and LMS.Participate in SAP and Blue Yonder WMS go-lives.Document and communicate system change requests.Ensure adherence to Analytics and LMS best practices per SOPs and work instructions.Identify and recommend opportunities or best practices for process and system improvements.Perform all other duties deemed necessary to support the analytics and LM system and operation.Assist in identifying opportunities across functional areas where improved data would create value.Work cross-functionally with groups such as IT, Finance, Manufacturing Logistics and Supply Chain.Skills and CompetenciesExperience with Blue Yonder WMS and SAPWarehouse, distribution center or fulfillment experience is required.Experience with labor management software, both commercially available and proprietary.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Structured Query Language (SQL).Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Fundamental comprehension of warehouse operations.Knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Education and/or Experience Requirements (Qualifications)BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.5+ years of Data Analyst experience required.Experience implementing warehouse management systems and leveraging analytics for decision-making.Travel up to 25%.A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,300 - $145,700 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
