The candidate will assist customers over the phone and face to face ordering and researching parts for the John Deere and other equipment sold in the territory. What You'll Do Selling, stocking, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories In store customer service Overall organizational promotions Working with all vendors and alternate resources Being a team player and working with internal and external customers Monitoring shortages and expediting processes Keeping parts department and warehouse clean and orderly Ensure that inventory control practices are followed Requirements Provide robust customer service to internal and external customers Basic computer skills High Energy, and positive attitude Good computer research skills Strong customer Service Skills Excellent oral communication and written skills Strong organizational skills Preferred A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service Experience with John Deere Equipment Education High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements Hearing ability is sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 50 pounds) Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed
