Armed Security Officer

Job Overview CSTS, Inc. is seeking professional and dependable Armed Security Officers for an assignment in Leominster, MA. This position requires strong situational awareness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to enforce policies while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities Patrol and monitor assigned areas to deter and detect security threats Perform access control duties (visitor screening, entry/exit monitoring, credential verification) Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity Provide professional customer service to staff, visitors, and the public Enforce company and site-specific policies and procedures Respond to incidents and assist with emergency preparedness (medical, fire, evacuation, etc.) Complete detailed reports including incident reports, shift logs, and daily activity reports Preferred Experience Prior experience in Law Enforcement, Military, or Security Operations is strongly preferred Strong decision-making and de-escalation skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Requirements Must be eligible to work as an Armed Security Officer Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed (if applicable) What We Offer Competitive pay (add pay range if desired) Steady assignments and flexible scheduling Professional team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Apply today on Indeed — immediate openings available in Leominster.
