We do SEO and Google Business Profile optimization for HVAC contractors. One contractor per territory, no overlap. We don't take their competitors so clients stay because the work actually gets them calls.Hiring our first sales closers. You own the full cycle: find the lead, run the discovery call, pitch, handle objections, close. This isn't an appointment-setting gig.What the day looks like60-80 outbound dials to HVAC business owners. We provide lists and dialer. Discovery and closing calls. Proposals and follow-up until you get a yes or a clear no. Lead status should be closed converted or closed not converted, no open statusses. We need a solid CRM updates and there'll be a weekly team sync. Fully remote, US business hours (8am-5pm CT core). No door-to-door, no weekends.Who we're looking forUS-based, authorized to work without sponsorship. Native English, clean phone voice. Comfortable making 60+ calls a day. Quiet home office, fast internet.Helpful: B2B phone sales (agency, SaaS, home services, insurance, solar), SEO or GBP.Pay$35,000 base (W-2, bi-weekly). 15% of monthly recurring revenue for 12 months on every deal you close. $200 cash per close, paid same week.Year 1 realistic range: $60,000-$80,000.
