Warehouse Manager

Job Description Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our Auburn, NY location. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse staff, manage inventory, ensure efficient material handling, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of building materials.Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse team members.Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.Operate and oversee use of forklifts and material handling equipment.Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with drivers, vendors, and customers.Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Track and report warehouse performance metrics.Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.Qualificationswarehouse experience—preferably in building materials or construction supply.1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.Forklift experience required; certification preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.Commercial Drivers License is a plus but not required.
