"Hartford Standards" quickly became the specifications for boiler design, manufacture and maintenance.HSB is a leader in equipment breakdown insurance, specialty coverages, inspection services, and engineering-based risk management for business, home and farm.Purpose:Handles the basic tasks for the Sensor Support team.Answer and troubleshoot basic customer questions or requests (including but not limited to: confirming senor is online, scheduling installation appointments.)Provide administrative support for the sensor support team, (ie: submitting equip orders, cancel customer acct, contacting customers for delivery instructions, and updating contact info.) Ensure all tasks are handle and completed in a timely manner.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent work experience2 years of work experience is preferredExperience in providing excellent customer service to internal and external customersKnowledge and Skills:Excellent data entry, telephone & PC skills; MS Office SuiteAbility to quickly understand new technologyProficient in Excel with the ability to create, format, calculate and reportGood verbal and written communicationsProven customer service skills, especially involving troubleshooting issues with customersStrong problem solving, analytical and presentation capabilitiesAttention to detailAbility to multi-task, prioritize tasks and ensure assignments are delivered on timeAt The Hartford Steam Boiler, a subsidiary of Munich Re, we see Diversity and Inclusion as a solution to the challenges and opportunities all around us.
