-Help Clients Get Started: Meet with clients virtually (Zoom/phone) and guide them step-by-step through the enrollment process-Explain Benefits Clearly: Walk clients through available coverage options in a simple, easy-to-understand way so they can make informed decisions-Provide Friendly Support: Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure each client has a smooth and positive experience-Complete Enrollments: Assist clients in filling out applications and finalizing their benefits during scheduled meetings-Learn & Grow: Participate in ongoing training and coaching—no prior industry experience required-Team Collaboration: Work with a supportive team and leadership group focused on helping you succeed We're looking for someone who:-Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service-Has strong communication skills (we'll help you improve even more)-Is dependable, organized, and willing to learn-Is comfortable using a computer, Zoom, and basic online tools-Can work independently in a remote environment-Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethicNo prior experience in insurance or enrollment is required—we provide full training.
