Operations & Logistics Coordinator - Worker Deployment

About the Position The Operations & Logistics Coordinator is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting workforce deployments for both domestic employees and Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs). This position owns deployment logistics, onboarding execution, and real-time coordination in the field.The role involves regular travel to deployment locations and Ports of Entry, in-person support for worker arrivals, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure client start dates are met. Schedules may vary based on deployment needs, and flexibility is important. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and being directly involved in operational execution.What Success Looks LikeClear, proactive communication with internal teams, vendors, and deployed workersStrong follow-through in time-sensitive, fast-moving environmentsAbility to identify risks, delays, or non-compliance and escalate appropriatelyFlexibility with travel, scheduling, and field conditionsProfessional, calm execution under pressureKey ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations & CoordinationAct as a coordination point between internal teams to support smooth operationsSupport the Operations Manager with administrative and logistical tasksMaintain trackers, reports, and workforce deployment dataParticipate in off-hours calls to support coordination across time zonesPre-Deployment PlanningSupport planning and preparation of workforce deployments, including:Travel and mobility coordinationHousing arrangementsOnboarding and orientation logisticsCompliance trackingCoordinate vendors and service providers (housing, transportation, supplies)Maintain accurate records for visas, I-94s, and deployment milestonesDeployment Execution (Field-Based)Travel to deployment sites and Ports of Entry to support mobilization and demobilizationGreet workers upon arrival and assist with onboarding activitiesSafely transport workers to housing, testing, appointments, and job sitesManage small cash advances for initial worker essentials when requiredCommunicate risks, delays, drop-offs, or non-compliance to the Operations ManagerRecommend deployment plan adjustments (with approval) to protect client start datesQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor'sdegree preferred3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, deployment coordination, or administrationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProactive, adaptable, and collaborative work styleStrong written and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Licensure, Travel & AvailabilityValid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredPersonal vehicle required and must be available for work-related travelWillingness and ability to travel up to 70% domestically within the United States, including long-distance driving and air travelAbility to be away from home 2-10+ days at a timeWeekend deployments requiredFlexible work hours based on deployment needsHow to ApplyInterested candidates should apply with a resume highlighting relevant experience in operations, logistics, or deployment coordination.
