Job Description The Department of Medicine within our organization is seeking a full-time General Internist at the Assistant/Associate Professor level to provide primary medical care and engage in teaching. Located in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, our Outpatient General Medicine Faculty Practice is recognized as a Level 3 NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home, featuring a fully integrated electronic medical record system and a comprehensive transitions of care program. This position offers opportunities for teaching medical students, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and conducting health services research.
