Overview In this AI-first Engineering Manager role, you lead Salesforce and AWS product teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions. You translate business needs into scalable technical plans while championing modern engineering practices, automated testing, and DevOps maturity. You’ll guide design decisions, mentor engineers, and embed practical AI capabilities into delivery and operations. You collaborate with Sales, Staffing, and Engagement Management to shape outcomes that advance the company’s mission and customer experiences.
