Server

Overview We are a casual dining establishment, locally owned and operated. We place great emphasis on quality food and a great experience for our customers. We are seeking experienced servers and a bartender to join our team. We currently have a part time bartender shift (Wed-Sun) with some serving shifts as needed. Duties - Bartender - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take orders and process payments accurately - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed - Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations -Assist servers in running food and drink as time allows -Contribute to overall housekeeping of the dining room. Cleaning work areas, bathrooms, scheduled cleaning projects etc. -Potential for offsite event bar-tending opportunities _______________________________________________________________________________________ Duties - Server - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take orders and process payments accurately - Maintain cleanliness of all work spaces and dining room - Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed - Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations -Servers are expected to self bartend during non peak shifts (day time, some weekdays) -Contribute to overall housekeeping of the dining room. Cleaning work areas, bathrooms, scheduled cleaning projects etc. - Experience - Previous experience preferred - Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of sales techniques to upsell and promote specials - Familiarity with food handling procedures - Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Benefits & Compensation Bartending $13/hr plus tips Server $10.30/hr plus tips Free daily meal, one week paid time off for full time employees.
