Accountant

Our client is a Century City–based private family office running roughly $600M across ~45 entities.The portfolio: Hospitality, retail shopping centers, a multifamily portfolio being converted to affordable housing, and a trust portfolio that anchors the family office. There's active deal flow - 1031 exchanges, acquisitions, ongoing repositioning.We're hiring a Staff Accountant for a seat with variety: trust accounting on the family office side, ownership-entity accounting on the real estate side, and a clear runway into reviewing financials as you grow.What we're looking for:Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–5 years of accounting experienceComfortable with multi-entity work and shifting prioritiesGAAP and cash basis familiarityBonus points for: trust accounting, family office, real estate / property accounting, or public accounting with hospitality or RE clientsBonus points for: QuickBooks Desktop, Yardi (Breeze or Voyager), or Rent ManagerWhat you get:Strong compensation401(k) with company matchHealth/dental/visionFree lunch every dayCompetitive time offDirect mentorship
