Fitness Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
- Manage inventory control and ordering to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Utilize POS system (such as Aloha POS) to process transactions and track sales data.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with culinary staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of shift management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in inventory control procedures and practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, for transaction processing and sales tracking.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of coffee and food service industry trends is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
