US Citizens and Green card Holders Only.This is a high-volume Campus Recruiter role that will cover across all of client's business divisions. You will help the client to recruit, hire, and close students for the 2025 summer cohort in the US.This is a full-cycle recruitment role. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for intern candidates.You need to post job ads on Handshake and Workday and source potential candidates, especially from the schools where client has visited from a Career Fair perspective, and has relationships with.Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs for their summer interns.Ensure to keep diversity and inclusion practices a priority throughout the recruitment process.Prior work experience as a high-volume Campus Recruiter (5 years minimum)Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviewsHands-on experience with Workday and Handshake is a MUSTFamiliarity with social media sourcingUnderstanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding internshipsGood networking abilitiesAn understanding of media organizations is helpfulListed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
