In close partnership with analytics leaders and institutional stakeholders, the Director ensures alignment with data governance practices—building a secure, standardized data environment that reduces silos and strengthens institutional trust.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field earned by date of hire8+ years of progressively responsible experience in data, analytics, or related disciplinesDirect experience leading direct reports and functional teamsLeading an institution-level major initiative in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence. Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience in higher education or similarly complex and/or siloed organizationsExperience with Workday FIN/HR/Payroll and Student data structures, integrations, and reporting (PRISM or similar; Banner a plus)Please send me resume ASAP.
