The Pledge of Conduct includes conducting work honestly, fairly and with integrity.Watermill Express is seeking an outgoing, organized Event Specialist to manage and personally staff our promotional events. You will be the face of the company, engaging with customers within our network of 19 markets in 8 states. This role involves frequent travel, especially on weekends.Essential FunctionsRegular and predictable attendance for required schedule.Load and transport marketing materials (bottles, tents, tables, banners, etc.) for each promotionSet up and break down event sitesEngage with customers to clearly explain who we are and what we offerConduct product demonstrations and provide Q&A with customersComplete post-event reporting and provide feedback to the Design & Promotions ManagerAssist with community outreach programs as needed Significant travel throughout Texas and surrounding markets, including out of state travel, approximately 35-40 weekends per yearTypical schedule Thursday-Monday during event weeks, must be able to work all 4 days during event weekends.
