Controller

An industry leader in RV power conversion and distribution is seeking an ambitious, self-directed individual to join and manage our Accounting Department. Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and attributes: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant discipline required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred. · Five (5) years minimum related experience and/or training. Manufacturing Experience preferred. Professional track record showing increased responsibility. · Oversee the activities of the Accounting Department for accurate and timely financial reports such as audits, budgets, forecasts, etc. · Prepare monthly financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements. · Supervise the accurate processing of accounts payable, petty cash, employee expense reports, cash control, payroll processing, and payroll tax compliance. · Manage the activities of accounts receivable that include billings, cash receipts, credit memo processing and overall cash flow. · Establish and recommend to management economic objectives and policies for the company. · Manage the annual financial Plan preparation. · Actively participate as a member of the executive management team. · Willingness and aptitude to learn and work with unique software. Must be a U.S. citizen. Salary based on experience and knowledge - $ 85K -- $ 110K. This job is an Exempt position.
