Join our global network of expert Pega consultants and help design and deliver scalable, high-performing Pega solutions for leading clients.You’ll work alongside experienced Pega professionals while staying close to the build — solving real-world business challenges through smart architecture and clean implementation.What you bring to the table:5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience in a Senior System Architect levelProven experience delivering end-to-end Pega solutionsSolid understanding of application design, case management, integrations, and performance tuningExperience guiding developers and contributing to technical deliveryStrong debugging and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in enterprise environmentsYour responsibilities:Full-time, permanent positionHybrid work arrangement with partial onsite requirement (to be confirmed)Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applicationsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsPerform design reviews and ensure high-quality deliverySupport and mentor junior developers when neededCollaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teamsContribute to integration design and performance optimizationParticipate in client discussions and technical workshopsJob Requirements:Must currently live in New York City or within commuting distanceCandidates must be based on the East CoastRight to work in the United States (US Citizenship or Green Card required)Pega CSSA certification requiredExperience with integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, etc.)Exposure to Java/J2EE, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, or similar technologies is a plusComfortable engaging with client stakeholdersWhat we offer:Competitive salary: $140,000 – $190,000 DOEHybrid work model (partial onsite presence in NYC required)Strong career progression path toward LSAOngoing mentorship and trainingInternational, collaborative working environment
