Information Technology Program Manager

Our team is looking for an experienced IT M&A Program Manager to lead the technology work required to integrate or separate software companies and products during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.This role owns the full IT M&A lifecycle for software products, from due diligence and deal shaping through integration planning, execution, go-live, and post-merger optimization. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Corporate Development, Security, Finance, Legal, and IT leadership to turn deal strategy into well-executed technical programs.What you’ll do:Lead software and technology due diligence for M&A targetsAssess application architecture, cloud environments, DevOps practices, data models, security posture, and scalabilityDefine and execute IT integration strategies across platforms, applications, infrastructure, data, and securityDrive integration roadmaps for code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, production environments, APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud alignmentManage cross-functional execution, governance, RAID logs, milestones, and stakeholder communicationsBuild and refine a repeatable IT M&A runbook for software product dealsIdentify and mitigate technical and operational risks while managing budgets, resources, and vendor engagementsWhat we’re looking for:8+ years of experience in technical program management or IT program management in software product or platform environmentsStrong experience leading IT or technology workstreams for M&A, divestitures, or large-scale software integrationsDeep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud platforms, data integration, CI/CD, DevOps, and securityProven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with executive visibilityStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersNice to have:PMP, PgMP, or similar certificationExperience integrating SaaS platforms and subscription-based software businessesFamiliarity with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPAExperience in high-growth technology environments or consultingIf you’ve led technology integrations in fast-paced software environments and know how to balance deal value, execution, and risk, we’d love to connect.Pay range and compensation packageThe hourly pay range for this position is $60 to $70 on a W2 basis.
