Computer Support Associate I (Infrastructure Engineer)Comp: 25.50 + PTO, medical, dental vision, 401kSchedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMOverviewThis is an onsite Tier 2 deskside support role supporting end users with device deployment, system upgrades, and day-to-day IT operations. The position is very hands-on and requires strong technical troubleshooting skills along with the ability to follow established processes and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy new computers and replace outdated hardware across the organizationPerform Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades and ensure successful user transitionsImage, configure, and set up desktops and laptops for end usersManage IT asset lifecycle including tracking, updating, and disposalMaintain accurate records and update tickets within ServiceNowFollow knowledge base articles and established procedures to resolve issuesTroubleshoot hardware and software issues within defined support scopeIdentify recurring issues and escalate when outside standard processesSupport general IT operations including equipment setup and maintenanceLift and move hardware such as computers and printers (up to 50 lbs)Technical QualificationsSolid understanding of basic networking and desktop support conceptsExperience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or PythonProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard enterprise applicationsWorking knowledge of IT security concepts and best practicesAbility to troubleshoot issues using documented solutions and processesAdditional RequirementsStrong communication skills and ability to document work clearlyAbility to follow structured processes and operate independentlyComfortable working in a physically active, hands-on environmentValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally if needed1+ year of IT experience preferred; strong recent graduates will be consideredEducationDegree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experienceHigh School diploma or equivalent required#INDEPI
