As a Remote Instrumentation Interface Engineer , you’ll design, develop, and optimize interfaces that connect cutting-edge scientific instruments with advanced software platforms. Your work will directly enable faster data capture, smarter analysis, and breakthrough results in research and development. Pay : $85k-$115k Type of Role : Direct hire Location : Remote Responsibilities Lead and execute interface projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Install and configure interface solutions using Rhapsody in a SaaS environment, ensuring that projects are properly implemented by the client’s best practices. Work with sites to complete necessary specifications and ensure that projects stay within scope. Analyze and understand urgent or critical problems, escalating to peers and/or management, as necessary. Perform testing on implementations and other solutions developed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Significant experience with an interface engine may be a substitute for a degree. At least 3-5 years of experience in interface engineering implementation and maintenance in SaaS settings. Experience with software programming.
