Recruiter/Onsite Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our internal and external recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This role will oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we are hiring the best candidates for our company.
Duties
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill job openings quickly and efficiently.
- Utilize internal recruiting tools such as Taleo and Workday to manage the recruitment process.
- Conduct research to identify the best candidates and sources for job openings.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain our ATS system to ensure accurate and timely tracking of job postings and candidate applications.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media to attract potential candidates and promote our company culture.
- Participate in campus recruitment events to attract top talent from local universities.
- Manage recruitment budgets and track expenses to ensure that recruitment efforts are cost-effective.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry to source the best candidates.
Skills
- Proficiency in Taleo and Workday.
- Experience with internal recruiting processes.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Experience with campus recruitment and social media management.
- Proven sales skills to effectively source top talent.
- Experience with ATS systems.
- Strong research skills to identify the best candidates and sources for job openings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Kronos and other HR systems is a plus.
