The hospital features advanced surgical technology including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion, comprehensive support services, and a collaborative medical environment with minimal competition.Opportunity: Board Certified/Board Eligible - OtolaryngologyJob Details: Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with little competition Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in clinic Perform surgeries in one of three OR locations including the main hospital, community hospital, and surgery center Utilize advanced technology including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion Collaborate with onsite comprehensive audiology team and medical/surgical subspecialties Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support Take backup call only while APPs cover primary calls Contribute to a collegial, flexible work culture with leadership that values work-life balance Have input into practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds Optional teaching opportunities for medical students and advanced practice trainees Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) Ohio license required or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice and license history required Visa sponsorship not availableCompensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.by Jobble
