This incoming leader will have direct oversight of the lending team, credit administration, and supporting functions. Will drive business strategies and growth, assess and minimize risk, and ensure strict compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. As Seamen’s Bank strives to be the quintessential community institution, the SVP/Head of Commercial Lending will serve as a community ambassador for the Bank. The SVP/Head of Commercial Lending will play a critical role in defining how commercial lending is structured, developed, and grown.
