This position is for top performers who believe in themselves and want to get paid on their abilities, not the status quo.THE ROLEYour Job Is SimpleTurn leads into booked appointments.Turn Booked Appointments Into People Who Show Up.Turn show-ups into revenue.You Will Be Responsible For Making 100–150+ outbound calls per shift Following up with leads who didn’t respond Rebooking missed appointments (no-call/no-shows = opportunity) Setting qualified appointments for our coaching team Driving show rate and ultimately closing revenueThis is a production-based role.You are measured by output, not effort.
