Job DescriptionOperate grinding and/or tumbling equipment safely and efficientlyHandle and move production materials throughout the shiftOperate forklifts to move materials Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reportsPerform simple arithmetic calculations related to productionMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety and operational proceduresSupport Warehouse team as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredBasic computer and math skillsStrong work ethic and reliable attendanceAbility to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environmentManufacturing experience is a plus, but not requiredForklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory — training can be providedWillingness to learn and grow within the companyPhysical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and move materials regularlyAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks safelyWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
