Senior Superintendent

We are searching for a Senior Superintendent for a general contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily projects. This candidate will lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Direct day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projectsManage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logisticsDevelop and maintain project schedules, including lookaheads and sequencingEnforce jobsite safety programs and ensure full OSHA complianceOversee quality control and ensure work meets plans, specs, and code requirementsPartner with Project Management on budgeting, procurement, and progress trackingLead site meetings, inspections, and reporting (daily logs, progress updates)Identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and scheduleQualifications:Extensive experience supervising ground-up multifamily construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building systemsProven ability to manage large teams and complex job sitesSkilled in reading drawings, scheduling, and field coordinationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesDelivers multifamily projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.
