Responsibilities include enhancing customer relationship and demonstrating technical capability of delivering low complexity projects. This includes developing Statements of Work (SOW), business proposals, project schedules and ensuring that all team members understand the scope of the project.Intern Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in supporting the Global Project Management Office (GPMO) in various aspects of the ServiceNow platform, reporting, training/process documentation, as well as supportAssist in overall GPMO communicationsProvide coverage where needed for Business IT ProjectLead project activities in the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing Phases while following the BU IT project methodology and processesCoordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriatelySupport the project management team in tracking project progress, performance, and communicationPrepare project artifacts, presentations, and documentation as requiredCommunicate with stakeholders by providing continuous and accurate project updatesQualificationsCurrently a Senior pursuing a degree in IT, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related fieldGPA: 3.0 minimumStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a global teamFlexibility to support our global environment and requirement of potential meetings/calls during evening hoursDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsAvailability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 18, 2026 – Aug 7, 2026., BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
