Senior Business Analyst
Job Description: Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systemsRepresent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for technology developmentsCoordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, including program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controlsFacilitate the development and documentation of end-to-end business processes and associated performance measuresTranslate business needs into technical specifications and ensure design continuityDevelop comprehensive requirements documentation and interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document local variations to national uniform processesSupport post-implementation measurement and monitoring of transformation solutionsGather and document lessons learned throughout the project lifecycleProvide subject matter expertise in business process modeling, business rules development, and functional requirements developmentDrive the end-to-end solution strategy and implementation of the to-be vision through Program ReleasesPresent business and technical requirements for review and approval to stakeholders and leadershipConduct user acceptance testing coordination and may oversee overall testing processesFacilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and senior leadershipConduct trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements to ensure optimal solutionsPartner with all stakeholders to communicate the progress of the projectRequirements: Ability to successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security ClearanceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or additional years of experience)5+ years' experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programsExperience managing projects in AtlassianProficiency with MS Office SuiteAn active Agile certificationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalMust be a US Citizen or legal resident and able to work domesticallyMust be able to attain low-level security clearanceBenefits: Work from anywhere.Competitive pay.A contribution to your health benefit.The chance to work on high-visibility projects and make a significant impact.
