QualificationsProficiency in optical lingo and a foundational understanding of how an optical operates.Experience delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction in an optical.Fluency in both English and SpanishEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment, working collaboratively with a teamPrevious related experience or certification in opticianry or ophthalmic technology is an advantage
