The development plan includes 900 residential entitlements, featuring estate homes and homesites, executive homesites, cottages, villas, townhomes and luxury condominium accommodations. The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club. Position Summary:The Busser supports the dining team in delivering an exceptional experience to members and guests of Cutalong. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment by promptly clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the clubhouse dining areas reflect the high standards of a private club. ResponsibilitiesClear and reset tables quickly and efficiently according to club standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patio, bar area, and service stations. Refill water glasses and assist with bread or beverage service as directed. Assist servers in delivering food and beverages when needed. Polish glassware, flatware, and assist with side work duties. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with club procedures. Maintain restroom and common area cleanliness checks (if assigned). Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Provide courteous and professional interactions with members and guests at all times. QualificationsPrevious restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak golf season. Salary: $12 per hour (hourly)
