You will lead a multi-cultural team composed of component managers, Function and Performance Developers who are in offices/test facilities around the world.+ First point of contact for the overall technical development within the internal engineering teams; including software, calibration, hardware, and system.+ First point of contact for OEM in the areas of E/E, Software, and vehicle performance topics.+ Ensure system and software development, validation, and delivery are according to guidelines and processes (e.g., ISO26262, ASPICE).+ Oversee vehicle application/calibration/tuning of ESP and IPB algorithms based on established methodologies both in vehicle and lab/offline environments.+ Project handling and project documentation according to specified processes.+ Monthly reporting of project status to senior management in USA.+ Work package definition and tracking, release planning, resource planning, quality assurance according to System Development Handbook process landscape.+ Responsible for evaluating customer specifications including support of translating the system requirements into Rational DOORS (and related IBM based products), evaluating requirement and test coverage, and support of issue / defect tracking.+ Support vehicle test environment and lead both internal and customer meetings.+ Prepare and communicate technical presentations for the customer.+ Flexible, willing to travel (4-6 weeks / year) and participate in test drives (international travel possible).+ Flexible, willing to flex working hours to allow daily international collaboration while achieving a good work/life balance.**Qualifications****Required:**+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ME, EE, or related)+ 3 or more years of experience in technical project management, project lead, or project management+ 3 or more years of experience in automotive, motorsport or heavy equipment industry with a focus on electronic braking systems.+ 2 or more years of vehicle networking, diagnostics and debugging complex systems and/or hands-on (mechanical or electrical) experience+ Valid driver's license**Additional Information****Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
