CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd Shift (4-Day Work Week!)

Are you a CNC pro who loves the hum of a perfectly tuned lathe? We're looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist to own the 2nd shift. This isn't just about watching a door slide shut-it's about high-precision turning, sharp setups, and keeping the workflow moving while the rest of the world is stuck in traffic. What You'll Do Setup & Execute: Perform complex setups on CNC Lathes (Mori Seiki) Dial It In: Optimize feeds and speeds, perform tool changes, and make offset adjustments to keep parts within spec. Quality First: Use micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers to ensure every part meets blueprint requirements holding tight tolerances Problem Solve: Edit G-Code at the controller when necessary to clear alarms or improve cycle times. What You Bring Experience: [2-5+] years of CNC turning experience. If you have other machining capabilities that's a massive plus. Blueprints: You can read GD&T like a second language.
