You will be part of a company that promotes from within, cares about your success, and rewards longevity.We are seeking an Trust Accounting Associate that offers operations support for DTC staff and is prompt, efficient, and extremely accurate. This is an onsite position in our new beautiful downtown Reno location. This position is full time for 40 hours per week, and this individual will be eligible for our generous benefits package while assuming responsibility for the following:Essential Functions: (Primary responsibilities)Perform cash balancing, custody reconciliation, daily settlementReview, affirm, and settle tradesProcess incoming/outgoing ACHs, wires, checks, etc.Process bill paymentsPost monthly promissory note payments and rental paymentsPost fees received in the mail as needed on demand/fee accrualsReconcile all accounts with external holdings on monthly basisUpdate market prices for non-priced securities on ETAAssist with daily review of completed redemptionsProduce, print, review, and copy monthly, quarterly, and annual statementsPrepare Quarterly Account Reviews for Trust OfficersAssist operations team with other projects as neededSecondary Functions: Answer phonesProcess incoming mailAssist other staff members in the office, as neededEducation Required:A.A. or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent experienceExperience Required:2-3 years of accounting experience; finance industry experience preferredSpecial Skills Required:Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsAccurate data entry skillsExcellent MS Office and computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and manage time efficientlyParalegal, trust, estate planning, or financial/investment background not required, but considered a plusDepending on Experience: Hourly pay range $25.00 to $30.00Dunham offers a complete benefits package to full-time employees who regularly work more than 30 hours per week.
