Job Title: Software Architect - Advanced (10970) Work Location: Columbia, SC (Fully Remote) Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Interview Process: 1 Round – Virtual/OnlineCandidate Location: No SC residency required. Key ResponsibilitiesManage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security access Perform daily Salesforce administration and maintenance activities Create and manage Salesforce sandbox environments for development, QA, and testing Promote code changes and updates between Salesforce environments Monitor workflow queues and automation processes Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues Configure and maintain integrations with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD Support Identity Provider configuration and Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure AD Maintain Salesforce documentation, configurations, and customizations Provide training and support to end users Collaborate with technical and business teams to support operational needs Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements) Salesforce Certified Administrator certification 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong experience with Salesforce daily maintenance and administration tasks Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred SkillsExperience creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments Experience promoting code modifications across Salesforce environments Familiarity with: AWS Connect ServiceNow Azure AD Experience with SSO and Identity Provider configuration
