This role focuses on administrative coordination, travel and expense management, and event execution while ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communicationsPlan and execute meetings and events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and budget trackingCoordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and post-travel expense reconciliationPrepare and process expense reports using systems such as SAP and ConcurSupport procurement activities, vendor coordination, and invoice trackingMaintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate document managementAct as a liaison between internal teams and external vendorsSupport process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and controlsQualificationsAssociate's degree (or equivalent experience)3+ years of administrative or executive support experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Experience with SAP and/or Concur preferredStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExperience coordinating travel, events, and logistics in a fast-paced environment
