Job Overview – Interventional Cardiologist
Compensation: $375,000 – $450,000/year
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On‑Site)
Join our client as an Interventional Cardiologist in Dallas, TX, specializing in Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). In this role, you will perform advanced interventional cardiology procedures, lead inpatient and outpatient interventions, and provide patient‑centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will also help develop clinical protocols, expand cardiovascular service lines, and participate in community outreach to improve access and promote cardiovascular health.
Responsibilities as the Interventional Cardiologist
Procedural Expertise: Perform advanced interventional cardiology procedures with a focus on Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) diagnosis and treatment.
Patient Care Leadership: Provide high‑quality interventional care in both inpatient and outpatient settings to optimize patient outcomes.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with primary care providers, vascular surgeons, and imaging specialists to deliver integrated cardiovascular care.
Clinical Protocols: Develop and refine evidence‑based protocols while supporting the growth of cardiovascular service lines.
Education & Mentorship: Contribute to training and mentoring colleagues, fostering clinical excellence across the care team.
Community Engagement: Participate in outreach initiatives to reduce healthcare disparities and promote cardiovascular health.
Qualifications for the Interventional Cardiologist
Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) required, with completion of an accredited Interventional Cardiology fellowship.
Certification: Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Interventional Cardiology required.
Experience: Proven experience performing interventional cardiology procedures, with direct expertise in PAD diagnosis and treatment.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in endovascular techniques, peripheral interventions, and cardiovascular imaging.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated leadership in clinical practice, with a commitment to advancing standards of cardiovascular care.
Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient‑centered approach and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
