POSITION PURPOSEThe Recruiting team is responsible for meeting contract delivery obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by identifying, evaluating, and placing qualified talent across a diverse portfolio of roles. Recruiters serve as trusted advisors to both candidates and hiring managers, delivering high-quality, compliant, and client-ready submissions while maintaining exceptional customer service.This role reports to the Recruiting Manager and operates in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment supporting multiple industries and job families.Hybrid Preferred/ 100% Remote (subject to company approval)WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGRecruit across a broad range of professional, technical, and operational roles based on business needsPivot quickly across job families and industries as priorities shiftMatch the right candidates to the right roles through detailed qualification, screening, and fit assessmentEvaluate candidates beyond the resume, identifying strengths, gaps, and overall alignment to client expectationsDeliver high-quality, client-ready submittals that translate candidate experience into concise, high-impact summariesOperate within VMS and ATS platforms (e.g., JobDiva, Beeline), managing multiple requisitions while meeting SLAsMaintain relationships with active contractors, including check-ins, issue resolution, and referral generationBuild and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, job postings, referrals, and outreachDocument all recruiting activity accurately within the applicant tracking systemLeverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve speed, consistency, and submission qualityMaintain compliance with applicable employment laws, client requirements, and internal processesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORProven success recruiting technical, professional, and/or high-volume rolesAbility to quickly ramp across multiple industries and job categoriesStrong screening and evaluation skills, with the ability to assess real fit versus resume matchProven ability to present candidates in a client-facing format aligned to hiring manager expectationsExperience working in fast-paced, SLA-driven recruiting environmentsStrong judgment - knowing when to submit, when to hold, and when to adviseComfort using (or learning) AI tools to improve recruiting speed and qualityHigh ownership mindset - accountability for requisitions and resultsPREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience recruiting within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industriesExposure to clearance-driven or public sector recruiting environmentsWorking knowledge of technical or engineering disciplinesFamiliarity with engineering tools or frameworksUnderstanding of government or compliance-driven hiring processesESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIESExceptional customer service and professional communicationStrong interviewing, listening, and candidate evaluation skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team membersSound decision-making in time-sensitive, high-pressure environmentsStrong organization and documentation skillsResults-driven mindset with accountability for outcomesIDEAL FITCan quickly identify gaps in a resumeLearns new roles, industries, and requirements quicklyTakes ownership of requisitions without waiting for directionThrives in high-accountability, high-output environmentsValues quality submissions over volumeEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)Prior recruiting, staffing, or recruiting coordination experience preferredExperience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting environments strongly preferredATS and VMS experience (JobDiva, Beeline, or similar) preferredbility to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
