Associate Clinical Education Specialist

If you're passionate about bringing the latest scientific discoveries to life and are ready to take the next step in your career, trust The Experts at Hiring Experts.LocationPreferred: Dallas, TX or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.Compensation & HoursHours: vary depending on scheduled events; potential for heavy weekend schedule.Travel: 70% throughout the United States.Pay rate: $40.00‐$44.00/hr, based on experience.ResponsibilitiesMaintain working knowledge of medical products, surgical procedures, relevant disease states, and appropriate product application as defined by Clinical Education leadership.Support Clinical Education Specialists during product in‐services and training programs using cadaveric and simulation models.Assist with the development and execution of clinical education programs, ensuring learning objectives, hands‐on training needs, and timelines are met.Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external customers, facilities, and third‐party vendors to support education initiatives and business plans.Translate business requirements and customer insights into clinical education strategies, identifying unmet needs and opportunities for future offerings.Apply market, industry, competitor, and healthcare compliance knowledge to support compliant and effective education programs.Support clinical education projects through planning, execution, and implementation of new education modalities and solutions.Manage all aspects of lab operations, including equipment setup, inventory, sterilization, breakdown, and off‐site lab support.Ensure learners are properly prepared, equipped, and compliant with lab procedures, safety standards, and operating room protocols.Coordinate lab logistics, including procurement of supplies, cadaveric tissue handling, instrumentation inventory, and post‐lab documentation.Conduct or participate in team meetings and complete preventive equipment and inventory checks.Maintain accurate records, complete required paperwork, and support equipment requests.Adhere to all company policies, healthcare compliance guidelines, safety regulations, and required training and retraining programs.Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with environmental, bloodborne pathogen, and operating room safety standards.QualificationsMinimum Experience:Bachelor's Degree6 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical, or training‐focused environment (preferred).Operating Room or Healthcare Professional‐facing experience preferred (e.g., OR Circulator, Scrub Technician, First Assist).Additional Education/Experience:Strong collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.Ability to balance big‐picture thinking with attention to detail.Proven organizational, time‐management, and prioritization skills with a sense of urgency.Experience coordinating and executing complex schedules and projects.Effective presentation and public speaking skills.Demonstrated project leadership and ability to take direction.Knowledge of products, procedures, and their appropriate use.Comfortable learning and using new technologies, including iPad‐based applications.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools to support scheduling, communication, documentation, and training.Ability to maintain a home office.BenefitsAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work‐related resources.
