Registered Client Associate

*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wealth Management Client Associate, our title is Private Client Manager, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships while supporting the Wealth Management Advisors. As a Private Client Manager, you will leverage your inter-personnel skills to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients' needs. *Duties* * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular engagement. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support for clients. * Utilize Redtail for tracking client interactions * Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations. * Attend client meetings with the Wealth Management Advisory Team * Manage accounts on the Fidelity and Schwab platforms. *Qualifications* * A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in wealth management * Strong skills in Microsoft office * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. * Proficiency in Redtail or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships * Series 65 license is preferred. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results. * An ability to work in a team structure.
