Daily Responsibilities: Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments Assist with general dentistry procedures and chairside duties Take and develop digital x-rays, including orthodontic and endodontic x-rays Administer nitrous oxide and assist with oral surgeries Conduct patient education on oral hygiene and treatment planning Required Skills: Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree Registered Dental Hygienist certification Experience with Dentrix software and digital x-ray systems Proficiency in sterilization procedures and charting Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with front office duties and scheduling Familiarity with orthodontic and periodontal treatments Knowledge of surgical procedures and nitrous oxide administration Salary Range: $59,610 - $63,570 annually Benefits: Health, life, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, long-term and short-term disability coverage Company Information: AMT Medical Staffing Inc is a leading supplemental staffing agency based in Birmingham, Alabama, specializing in providing high-quality, licensed medical staff to healthcare facilities.
