If you’re a sales professional who is passionate about building long-term client partnerships, creating real impact, and doing it without the bureaucracy and outdated systems common in our industry, we want to talk to you.What You'll DoDevelop new customer relationships through prospecting, referrals, and industry networksSell a broad range of packaging solutions including common supplies, custom packaging, design support, equipment, and palletsPartner closely with leadership for pricing, sourcing, and vendor strategyWork closely with CSM team to create and strengthen client partnershipsIdentify cost savings, packaging improvements, and operational efficiencies for customers and our businessEnsure our clients receive accurate quotes, quick turnaround, and reliable follow-throughBe in the field locally 3 days per week meeting with clients and prospecting. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, and performance.
