IT Support TechnicianKnoxville, TNHybridWe are seeking an IT Support Technician to support a growing healthcare organization across multiple clinic locations. This role combines remote support with field-based troubleshooting, focusing on delivering timely, high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment.This position operates in a remote-first support model, with onsite travel as needed for troubleshooting, device support, and project work.Key Responsibilities:Provide remote technical support for end users (password resets, access, device troubleshooting)Travel to clinic locations for onsite support as neededTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport clinical staff in time-sensitive situations where system access impacts patient careAssist with hardware deployments and refresh projectsDocument issues and resolutions clearlyAdditional Details:Travel required (no overnight travel)Schedule: Mix of onsite and remote based on business needsOn-call rotation required (approximately every 9–10 weeks)Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
