Materials Associate (Shipping/Receiving Supply Chain)

Job Title: Materials Associate100% remote workPayrate: $22/hr on W2Responsibilities Job Summary:Resolves parts core materials-related issues for Dealers by working with logistics suppliers and internal customers to ensure Dealers are properly credited for their core returns.Key Responsibilities:- Process daily Dealer Core Receipts.- Creates help tickets for users to resolve issues; schedules and presents system training to Dealers as needed.- Creates and runs reports as needed to coordinate and support responsibilities.- Initiates, develops, leads, and participates in improvement proceduresSkills and Experience:- Must Have:- Experience in using Computer Systems; Microsoft Suite Products such as Excel.- Solid communication skills via phone, zoom, and email.- Must Have: strong attention to detail.Experience:- Four year experience/education requirement accomplished through one of the following: Bachelors degree, associates degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or at least four years of relevant experience required.Preferred: Oracle or supply chain system experience preferred.Top 3 Skills you are looking for:1. This role involves pulling reports, sending emails, performing data entry, entering and maintaining information in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and ensuring accurate information is updated in shared documents. Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records.This is a remote position with flexible hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Candidates must be able to work within EST or CST time zones.
