Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Description :We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the personal injury case process. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases, communicating with clients, and coordinating with medical providers and insurance companies.This role is essential in ensuring cases move efficiently and clients receive excellent service throughout their claim.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlementMaintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates and gather informationRequest and organize medical records and billsCommunicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the caseAssist attorneys in preparing demand packages and case documentationTrack treatment progress and follow up with clients regarding medical careMaintain accurate and organized case files within the case management systemAssist with scheduling appointments, depositions, and other case-related activitiesRequirementsQualifications:1+ years of personal injury case management experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and client service skillsExperience requesting and reviewing medical records and billsFamiliarity with personal injury case management software is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyStrong attention to detailBenefitsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experiencePaid time offHealth benefits (if applicable)Opportunity for growth within the firm
